When a user of your Shopify webstore enters a Novel embed experience and then exits, they will be taken back to the top of the page instead of remaining in the same place. This is due to a current platform limitation stemming from the complex interaction between Novel and Shopify.

This issue is being prioritized on the product roadmap for resolution. Stay tuned for updates as our development team works to improve this behavior.
